Come join us for a fun day of play! This workshop is designed to give your Inner Child time to receive healing from past abuse and trauma by using Drumming,
YL Essential Oils, and Gestalt Therapy. Sharon will lead you through your drumming experience to create an opportunity for expansion within your body, mind, & spirit. This expansion can create awareness for your Inner Child that this could be a time for safe play! With the integration of Gestalt Therapy a deeper level of safety and awareness can be reached. This integration can assist you in loving and accepting your true self.
